At UNELSİS Elektrik, we carry out our manufacturing operations at our modern production facility in Arifiye, Sakarya, which has a covered area of 1,400 m². With our team of experts in the field, our advanced machinery and our commitment to continuous improvement, we manufacture industrial cable protection systems to high quality standards.
Our production journey, which began with the manufacture of cable sleeves, has expanded to include cable protection spirals, fan filters and complementary product ranges, thanks to our investments in machinery, equipment and technology. Today, with a fleet of nearly 30 machines and pieces of equipment, we offer reliable, durable and high-performance solutions tailored to the needs of various sectors.
Our Production Process
1. Raw Material Inspection
The raw materials to be used in production are inspected in accordance with technical suitability and quality criteria. The selection of materials, which directly affects product performance, is one of the most important stages of our production process.
2. Precision Manufacturing
In our manufacturing processes, carried out using modern machinery and equipment, dimensional accuracy, surface quality and product durability are meticulously monitored. Each product group is manufactured to meet the specific requirements of its intended application.
3. Process Control
Thanks to the checks carried out at various stages of production, potential non-conformities are identified at an early stage. This ensures continuity, standardisation and reliable quality in production.
4. Final Inspection and Packaging
Products that have completed production undergo final quality checks prior to dispatch. Products found to be compliant are safely packaged, taking into account transport and storage conditions.
